A disproportionate response

Sometimes it’s not worth it.

You can exhaust so much energy in response to something small that — when a more crucial piece of work arrives — your tank is empty.

Responding can be hard to resist because it delivers an immediate reward.

Unless you return to measure the impact.

Did anything change? Did anyone notice?

That’s when you have to ask yourself the harder questions.

What will you ignore to get you closer to your vision?
